Established in 1996, Than & Co is a small, principal-led law firm serving Bankstown, Marrickville and greater Sydney across property, litigation and family law.
Over nearly three decades we have built a reputation for careful, practical advice — particularly in property transactions, where our experience runs deep. Today the firm is led by two Principals: Andrew Than, who brings more than 30 years’ experience in litigation, conveyancing and contractual disputes, and Andie Lam, who provides strategic direction in family law with a focus on cost-effective outcomes.
