Andrew Than
Principal — Property, Litigation & Leasing
Andrew has worked in the legal field since 1991 and was admitted as a solicitor in 1994, holding admissions to the NSW Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia. He has more than 30 years’ experience in legal practice, with a focus on litigation, conveyancing, commercial leasing, contractual disputes and property law.
Andrew leads our property, leasing and litigation work and is personally involved in every matter he takes on — clients deal with him directly, not a rotating case handler. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, and provides Notary Public services.
Andie Lam
Principal — Family Law
Andie holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW, together with a Master of Applied Law (Family Law), and has practised law for over 16 years, with a focus on family law litigation, property settlement and parenting applications.
Andie provides the strategic direction on every family law matter, focused on cost-effective outcomes and personally guiding clients through what is often an emotional process. He personally attends court and files applications in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Andie is a founding member of the Vietnamese Australian Lawyers’ Association.
